What does it cost?
Nothing upfront, nothing per redemption. Members pay us a monthly subscription; your offer earns their loyalty.
What's the catch on redemptions?
None. You set the redemption limit per member and the expiry. Each redemption is logged with a unique FP-XXXX code so you can reconcile.
Can I pull an offer if I'm slammed?
Yes. Edit, pause, expire or delete from the dashboard at any time. Members see changes instantly.
Online-only business?
No problem. Use 'link' redemption to redirect members to your URL. We attach a unique code to the URL so you can attribute conversions on your end.
Who sees my offers?
Only paid FanPerks members. Offers don't appear on the public site beyond a generic preview.
Do I need to be a sports business?
Not at all. Cafes, gyms, breweries, retail, services — if your fans live near you, it works.
